When you choose to pay by bank transfer, please follow these steps:

1. On the checkout page, select Bank Transfer as your payment method.

2. In the Bank Transfer Information section, you will see the account information you need to transfer your payment.

3. Please print out the section containing your Bank Transfer Information.

4. Go to your local bank to transfer your payment. Bring the printed Bank Transfer Information and show it to the bank officer before making your payment. Once complete, your payment will be held securely in an account.

5. If the status of your order has not changed to “buyer has paid the order ” 7 business days after you’ve paid, please contact us

6. When using bank transfers, please transfer enough money to cover all banks` service fee. This will ensure that the supplier receives your full payment and will help you avoid monetary loss caused by refunds or disputes.

When applying for monthly instalment a credit check will be performed. Based on the outcome your application is rejected or approved. Together with the approval a credit limit will be set. The limit may be adjusted during the time of the agreement.

Does non-payment harm my credit file?

Yes - if you do not pay we will report the non-payment to the credit reference agencies and continued non-payment will result in a default being recorded on your credit file.

Termination of and withdrawal from the agreement

Termination: you have the right to terminate the agreement by paying off the full debt completely at any time without extra charges. Please email our Customer Service if you wish to terminate your agreement.

You can use our gift cards, both physical gift cards and e-gift cards, in any H&M store and for shopping at hm.com. Both types of gift cards can be used in addition to card payments, but not in combination with other payment methods.

Returns and Refunds

Return made via postal services

If you want to return items that were paid for using only H&M Gift Cards, then you will be issued an e-gift card with an updated balance, even if you payed with a physical gift card. You will receive your new H&M E-Gift Card via email. If you used a combination of payment methods, you will be refunded to an e-gift card first. For example, if you used a combination of gift card and credit card. The return amount will be added to a gift card first. The rest will be refunded to the credit card you used at the time of purchase.

Return made in store

If you paid using an H&M Gift Card and wish to return your purchase to an H&M store, you will be issued a new physical gift card, or a merchandise card.

However, if you wish to be refunded the exact same was as you paid at purchase, you are always welcome to return as recommended by your Delivery note you have received.

How will I be refunded in case of a return?

Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for purchase.

If you have paid with PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account.

If you have paid by Invoice, "Pay Next Month" or by monthly instalment, we will add this credit to your H&M account balance.

Return made in store:

If a credit or debit card was used to make payment at hm.com, the store will refund the applicable amount to the same debit or credit card you used for your initial purchase.

If you paid with Invoice, Pay next month, Monthly instalment or by Paypal, the store will be unable to refund or credit your account, instead a merchandise card will be offered. Merchandise cards can be redeemed at any of our H&M stores in the UK or at hm.com. If you have an outstanding balance on your H&M account and receive a merchandise card, the balance will still be owed to H&M.

The store will not be able to refund any charges such as the delivery fee.

Optionally a full refund for all payment methods can be issued if using the free return service via Royal Mail or Hermes.

If you receive an email in which you are asked to give us card details or similar information, please be aware that this is not sent by H&M. H&M will only request account information in response to your queries via email or phone, or when there are unclarities with an order you have done, but we will never ask for bank details via email. Please do not respond to such requests. When we ask for personal data in an email then we will always ask you to contact H&M Customer Service.

If you ever receive an email in which you are asked to give specific personal data via a link, do not reply to this, do not click on the link and delete it immediately.

i receive this message in the process of making payment from paypal account in the success return url:

I have no issue on sandbox, only receive this 400 error message after switching to live.

In live, it has no issue when i pay via credit card and debit card option on paypal, this error only appear when i pay using paypal account.

Can someone please help? Thanks.

From the log trace, it looks like it did not threw proper information on $e->getData(); . Can you please make sure you are getting that information correctly ? It should be similar to what is shown here.
